Platform scorecard FAQ
What does a platform scorecard contain?
Six criterion scores from 1 to 10, each with a note that justifies the number, plus an overall score, a verdict, and a section on who should not buy the platform. Every scorecard uses the same structure, so two platforms can be compared line by line.
How is the overall score computed?
It is the plain average of the six criterion scores. No hidden weighting. If a criterion matters more to your use case - say security for a client portal - read the individual bars rather than the headline number.
Why do some platforms have no scorecard yet?
The roster covers 19 platforms, and scorecards are published as each evaluation completes. A missing scorecard means the evaluation is still in progress, not that the platform failed it.
What does the 'who should not buy' section mean?
Every platform is wrong for someone, and the scorecards say so explicitly. That section names the buyer profiles whose requirements the platform handles poorly, with the criterion scores that drive the warning.
